Using This Website
You may use this site to browse products, place orders, and take part in fundraising campaigns. You agree to provide accurate information when registering or ordering, and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose.
All content on this site — product photos, descriptions, logos, and page text — belongs to Glow Scented Candles LLC and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Accounts
Fundraiser chairpersons and sellers create accounts to manage campaigns and track sales. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Let us know straight away if you believe someone else has access to it.
We may suspend or close an account that is being misused or that breaks these terms.
Orders and Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm the order by email once it is accepted.
We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a price has been listed in error, or we suspect fraudulent activity.
Payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details on our servers.
Fundraising Campaigns
Fundraising orders support the group or campaign selected at checkout. Once submitted, orders generally cannot be reassigned to a different fundraiser, because payouts and reporting are tied to the campaign at the time of purchase.
Group profit rates depend on total order volume and are set out in your fundraiser agreement. Payouts are issued after a campaign closes and all orders have shipped.
Sellers who submit brochure orders are responsible for turning collected money over to their group chairperson. Glow Scented Candles is not responsible for money collected by sellers and not passed on.
Shipping
Processing and shipping times vary depending on fundraiser schedules and seasonal demand. Tracking is provided when your order ships.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Refunds, Returns and Replacements
Because your purchase supports a fundraising group, all fundraising purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, including for scent preference.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@glowscentedcandles.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement where available, or store credit.
Product Safety
Candles are open flames. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, and drafts. Burn on a stable, heat-safe surface, trim the wick as needed, and stop use when wax runs low.
Scent sensitivities vary from person to person and are not grounds for a refund or return.
SMS Text Message Program
About the program
Glow Scented Candles LLC operates an SMS program for registered fundraiser sellers and chairpersons. Messages include reminders to submit brochure orders, updates about your own fundraiser, and occasional promotional messages about the products in your campaign.
How you join
You join by giving your mobile number and ticking the SMS consent box on the seller or fundraiser registration form at glowscentedcandles.com. The box is not pre-ticked, and you do not have to tick it to register or to take part in a fundraiser.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on the stage of your fundraiser. You can expect a small number of messages during an active campaign.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Glow Scented Candles does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates for messages and data will apply.
Opting out
You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that.
To rejoin, reply START or tick the consent box again on a registration form.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email contact@glowscentedcandles.com.
Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and other US carriers.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside our control.
Your privacy
We do not sell your mobile number. Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glow Scented Candles LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, our products, or the SMS program. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
